Now Hiring: Tooling Specialist – 1st Shift | $32-$38/hr + Bonuses
Location: Milwaukee | Hours: Monday–Friday, 6am–2pm

As a Tooling Specialist, you’ll take charge of mold evaluations, high-impact toolroom repairs, and drive continuous improvements that keep our client’s production top-tier. What You'll Do
- Evaluate and recommend mold rebuilds based on cycle schedules
- Inspect, repair, and implement mold changes with precision
- Coordinate and inspect molds from outside vendors
- Train and support Tool Room Leads and Mold Maintenance Technicians
- Recommend and drive tooling improvements
- Work overtime when production demands
What It Takes to Succeed
- 8+ years of mold maintenance/repair or mold building experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills – in and out of press
- Forklift training (or willing to complete)
- Ability to lead, delegate, and communicate effectively
- Precision tool ownership
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet for 8+ hours
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
