Technician I
Shift: 1st, (4:30am-3pm)
2nd, (9am-7:30pm)
Pay: $23-$28/hr (Based on experience)
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Technician I to support daily production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is perfect for candidates with mechanical aptitude, manufacturing experience, and a strong focus on quality and teamwork.
Job Description:
- Perform quality inspections using precision measuring tools
- Complete production and inspection paperwork accurately
- Support machine start-ups and changeovers
- Train and assist machine operators as needed
- Learn and understand the forging/manufacturing process
- Make minor machine adjustments to maintain part quality
- Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical systems
- Clean, maintain, and organize tooling and equipment
- Support plant initiatives and continuous improvement projects
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2–4 years of manufacturing experience preferred
