Job Description

Shipping Clerk 2nd shift 3pm-11pm $16/hr
 
 
Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare, package and label product per defined procedure.
  2. Timely packing, shipment and invoice processing for customer orders, including related shop floor or shipping documentation.
  3. Prepare skids for customer shipment.
  4. Transact shipments in defined shipments carrier portals.
  5. Complete updating of inventory records, including receiving and properly stocking production into finished good locations. 
  6. Assisting in back up of receiving functions and other duties as required.
  7. Assist in any department that requires additional help.
  8. Perform other duties as needed to support customers, manufacturing processes and 
  9. Quality System. This includes following procedures, work instructions and completing all related documentation.
 
Qualifications:
  1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
  2. Must be able to lift up to 40lbs
  3. Must be able to stand or sit for excess of 8 hours in a day.
  4. Math and basic number skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division), use of 
  5. decimals and fractions.
  6. Must be able to read, interpret and consistently follow drawings, specifications, manufacturing procedures, data-packs and workmanship Quality Standards. 
  7. Good verbal and written communication skills.
