Shipping & Receiving Coordinator
Shift: 1st, (8am-4:30pm)
Pay: $19-$20/hr
Job Description:
- Prepare order availability list and print warehouse pick lists of domestic and foreign shipments in accordance with shipping requirements and specifications.
- Pick, pack and check shipments for correct materials, packing, shipping method and labeling per guidelines.
- Process shipments through computer-based software
- Complete necessary paperwork for shipments per instructions and contact carriers for pick up when ready.
- Receive all incoming materials, supplies, equipment and returned goods, check received goods against purchase orders or receiving papers.
- Route or deliver materials to storage or manufacturing locations or proper production storage area.
- Pull materials needed for production areas, make inventory transactions in SAP and deliver materials to proper area.
- Retrieve unused material from production and return to storage location.
