Sales Professional
Pay: 100% commission, with earnings ranging from $50K to $100K annually, based on performance
Shift: Depending on Individual schedule
We are hiring Sales Professionals for our Oak Creek, Delafield, and Grafton locations. If you’re enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to earn based on your performance, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and help them find the best products
- Meet individual sales goals
- Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment
- Work with a team to provide excellent service
- Strong work ethic and communication skills
- Retail experience is a plus, but not required
- Must pass a background check (no felonies or retail theft)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
