Job Description
Join our team and help with electronics manufacturing as an SMT Machine Operator~ enjoy a clean and temperature controlled work environment. Overtime opportunities available for those interested!
1st shift: 7am-3:30pm Mon-Fri
2nd shift: 3:30pm-12:00am Mon-Fri
Pay Rate: $20-20.50/hr
Location: Oak Creek - NOT near or on a bus line,must have own vehicle and valid Driver License
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential Job Functions
1. Set-up, operate, and shut-down pick and place, screener, oven and wash equipment.
2. Perform daily and routine maintenance on pick and place, screener, oven and wash equipment.
3. Knowledge of proper handling and disposal of related materials (solder paste and cleaning solutions).
4. Knowledge of proper mixing of related solutions (paste and thinner).
5. Keep work cell clean at all times.
6. Communicate crib, purchasing, manufacturing, and engineering problems to the Captain – SMT Machine Operator.
7. Keep records of product WIP.
8. Identify resistor color bands and wire colors (black, brown, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, violet, grey, white, silver, and gold).
9. Use of statistical process control techniques.
10. Push, pull, lift, and obtain/carry assembly parts requiring lifting 40 lbs. from floor height to shoulder height.
Non-Essential
1. Keep product thru put data.
2. Push, pull, lift and carry assembly parts from floor height to shoulder height 60 lbs.
3. Other duties as assigned by the line coordination
