Job Description
Seeking Entry Level Returns Creditors located in Mequon, WI. Returns Creditors and warehouse experience is trainable - we will teach you! Are you ready to learn a new skill?
1st Shift 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday (Occasional overtime required. Occasional weekends required.)
Job Description:
- Data entry in Oracle to credit customers back for their returned items
- Very repetitive, as it is mostly the same 5 steps – over and over, all day long
- Will be asked to learn the inspecting process as well, to support the team when crediting is caught up
- Looking for quick typers with attention to detail
Qualifications:
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
- US work authorization (Preferred)
- Read return documents and process credits for orders.
- Determine crediting for customers within guidelines provided.
- Cross-train across all return functions.
- Computer proficient, with a high keystroke count.
- Daily cleaning of work area to maintain clean, orderly and safe environment.
Must have good attention to detail as they will be dealing with a lot of different products.
EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred, but not required
