Rental Administrator
Exciting opportunity for a Rental Administrator! Manage rental agreements, coordinate bookings, and ensure smooth operations. Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records. Shift: 1st, (7:30am-4pm)
Pay: $21-$24/hr
Job Description:
- Take phone calls for rental equipment.
- Fill customer and internal requests – check all resources if equipment isn’t readily available in fleet.
- Work with outside freight carriers for out of state shipments.
- Place orders for any re-rents from outside vendors.
- Prepare and follow up on rental quotes.
- Enter hour meter readings in system on rental contracts.
- Close and invoice rental orders.
- Initiate rental orders and generate/distribute shippers.
