Job Title: Paint Supervisor – 2nd Shift
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–12:30 AM
Compensation: $28–$35/hour, based on experience
Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

As our Paint Supervisor, you’ll lead a high-performing team, manage workflow across departments, and ensure top-tier product quality. Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Production Manager to meet and exceed production targets.
  • Supervise daily activities of paint and associated production departments.
  • Assign tasks to personnel and monitor progress to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  • Interpret blueprints, job orders, and specifications, and communicate them clearly to team members.
  • Maintain smooth workflow across departments and shift teams.
  • Monitor production for quality standards and adjust as needed.
  • Troubleshoot process or equipment issues as they arise.
  • Train, motivate, and mentor team members to achieve their best.
  • Ensure all safety protocols are followed and promote a culture of workplace safety.
  • Inspect finished products and equipment for defects or malfunctions.
  • Track raw material usage and minimize waste.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments and leadership to align on schedules, changes, and priorities.
Skills & Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, safety regulations, and production specs.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification is a plus.
  • Welding experience is helpful but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs, bending, twisting, stooping, and climbing ladders.
  • Comfortable working 40–50 hours per week on 2nd shift.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
