Shift: 2nd Shift, (2pm-10pm)

Pay: $17-$20/hr (Based on experience)
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented candidates for the position of Paint Assistant. This position involves preparing structures for paint processes, ensuring that all work meets quality standards, and contributing to a clean and safe work environment. Previous industrial paint experience is a plus but not required! If you have general manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:
- Interpret blueprints, sketches, or manuals to determine prep requirements for structures before painting.
- Inspect parts and structures after painting to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Perform basic filling and cosmetic appearance work, including plugging holes and applying masking as needed.
- Work Environment and Safety Compliance:
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures as per company policies.
- Ensure that all paint processes adhere to industry standards and safety protocols.
- Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
