Starting Pay: $16.00/hour

Looking for a company where you can grow? We are hiring reliable and motivated Packers to join a manufacturing team producing lightweight molded pulp products. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with an excellent pay increase and schedule change coming soon!
Training Schedule (Now through August 31, 2026)
- Paid Training
- Monday–Friday
- 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Beginning August 31, 2026
- Pay increases to $18.00/hour
- Schedule changes to an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday
- Transition to permanent 2nd Shift
Job Responsibilities
- Visually inspect lightweight molded pulp containers for quality defects.
- Hand-stack and palletize finished products in the correct pattern.
- Maintain organization and accuracy while working at the end of the production oven.
- Identify visual defects and ensure only quality products are packaged.
- Keep the work area clean by sweeping floors and maintaining a safe, organized workspace during downtime.
- Assist teammates and perform additional duties as needed.
- Follow all safety and quality procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot product defects.
- Ability to stay organized while working in a fast-paced production environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Must be comfortable working a 48-hour work week during the training period.
- Willingness to work in a warm and humid manufacturing environment, where temperatures can reach 110°F during the summer months.
Physical Requirements
- Stand for the entire shift.
- Lift up to 40 pounds regularly.
- Perform repetitive hand movements throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required.
- Ability to work safely and maintain consistent attendance.
