Office Support
Schedule: 1st shift, Monday-Thursday (6:30am-3:30pm), Friday (6:30am-12:30pm) - 30 hour work week
Pay: $18-$20/hour based on experience
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team! This role is ideal for someone organized, tech-capable, and eager to learn. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in gaining hands-on office and product experience while exploring a long-term fit with our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Print, send, and file customer acknowledgements
• Perform data entry and help maintain both digital and physical file organization
• Assist with general office tasks and customer filing
• Support invoice processing and routine form completion
• Provide administrative support across Sales, Purchasing, and occasionally Production
• Learn about our products, with light exposure to our shop floor
• Gradually support customer service, marketing, and sales initiatives
