Shift:1st, (8AM - 5PM)
Pay: $22-$24/hr (Based on experience)
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of administrative tasks across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders, processing paperwork, generating invoices, and maintaining accurate records to support our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Order Management: Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accurate data entry and timely routing to the appropriate department for fulfillment.
- Track and Process Completed Jobs: Manage and organize completed job paperwork, entering the data into tracking systems to maintain accurate records.
- Invoice Generation: Compile data from trackers and produce weekly invoices for customers to ensure timely billing and account management.
- File Management: Maintain a well-organized filing system to ensure easy retrieval of documentation and quick resolution of any customer inquiries.
- Office Supply & Inventory Management: Generate purchase orders for office supplies, and in collaboration with the Operations Manager, order inventory items needed for the production floor.
