Job Description

Supervisor

Shift: 1st, (6:30am-3pm)

Pay: $28-$31/hr (Based on experience)

Are you an experienced production leader looking to grow with a company that values quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement? We are currently seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to join our team on the 1st shift. In this key role, you will oversee day-to-day operations, leading a team of 20–25 employees (including a shift lead), ensuring that production goals are met safely and efficiently. 

Job Description:
  • Supervise all shift operations, personnel, and workflow
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
  • Coordinate daily production schedules to ensure on-time shipments
  • Lead team training, coaching, evaluations, and performance reviews
  • Monitor processes and equipment; troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Ensure proper documentation of job orders, inventory, and warehousing
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process and quality improvements
  • Act as a liaison between the production team and management
  • May be asked to lead 2nd shift coverage when needed
