Job Description
Maintenance Technician
Shift: 1st, (6am-4:30pm)
Pay: $26-$33/hr (Based on experience)
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves maintaining and repairing equipment, machinery, and facilities in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and be prepared to take on a leadership role in the future, as our current Maintenance Supervisor plans to retire in 5-6 years.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs and maintenance on light manufacturing, CNC, and assembly equipment, including electromechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Execute preventive maintenance tasks and update related records and plans.
- Troubleshoot equipment and facility systems, using systematic analysis methods.
- Assist with equipment and facility installations or upgrades.
- Maintain plant infrastructure (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) and perform basic building maintenance tasks.
- Occasionally work from aerial lifts (up to 25’).
- Perform general cleaning, lawn care, snow removal, and janitorial duties as needed.
