MACHINE OPERATORS WANTED!
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our team on 1st shift. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with room for growth and pay increase upon permanent placement. Candidates with prior machine operation experience are preferred.
- Job Title: 1st Shift Machine Operator
- Location: North Side of Milwaukee, WI
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Pay Rate: $16.50/hour (Temp-to-Hire)
- Upon Permanent Hire: $19.00/hour
Machines Operated
- E-Pack – 12-head pump & piston filler
- 4-Head – 4-head pump & piston filler
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery
- Load materials into machines efficiently
- Adjust machine settings to meet production requirements
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly
- Follow all safety guidelines and properly use PPE
- Manage time effectively to meet production goals
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
- Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to read, write, and understand basic English instructions
