Industrial Sewer
Join our dynamic production team, where precision meets creativity! As a vital player, you’ll select and verify parts, operate sewing and grommet machines, and contribute to high-quality craftsmanship. Whether you're laying out components or performing machine maintenance, your skills will help bring our innovative designs to life. Embrace the challenge and make your mark in a fast-paced environment!
Shift: 2nd, (4pm-12:30am)
Pay: $17.50-$18/hr (Based on experience)
Job Description:
- Select and verify parts for production based on work orders.
- Measure parts for correct dimensions and report discrepancies.
- Prepare and layout parts for sewing operations.
- Operate sewing machine to attach various components (e.g., logos, pockets).
- Change threads, bobbins, and adjust machine tension.
- Assist with heavy weight fabrics and closing operations (e.g., inserting stays).
- Operate grommet and punching machines for material processing.
- Use heat-sealing machine to repair material holes.
- Perform minor sewing machine maintenance and keep workspace clean.
- Store finished orders properly and update job cards.
