Industrial Sewer

Shift: 1st, (6am-2:30pm)

Pay: $18/hr. (Based on Experience)

We are currently hiring for a full-time Industrial Sewer to join our 1st shift production team. This role involves operating industrial sewing machines to assemble a variety of vinyl and industrial fabric products. Ideal candidates will have hands-on sewing experience, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Job Description:
  • Operate single and double needle sewing machines to assemble components including logos, pockets, windows, Velcro, and more
  • Measure and verify parts against work orders to ensure proper materials and dimensions
  • Assist with layout and alignment of materials according to guide marks
  • Perform minor sewing machine maintenance such as threading, oiling, and cleaning
  • Operate grommet machines, band saws, and other tools for final assembly
  • Inspect work for quality and accuracy, follow safety protocols, and maintain a clean work environment
Qualifications:
  • 6–12 months of industrial or heavy-duty sewing experience preferred
  • Ability to read and follow instructions in English
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. occasionally and using hand tools (e.g., glue gun, snips, utility knife)
  • Must wear steel-toed shoes and safety glasses while on the production floor
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required
