Job Description
Industrial Painter
Shift: 2nd, (11:30am-8:30pm)
Pay: $21-$22/hr+ Based on experience
Job Description:
• Stage and organize material as it is received based on weekly/daily ship dates
• Work with receiving to ensure there is room for new material coming in
• Supply wash booth with proper quantity and order of material to ensure process efficiency
• Wash, rinse and dry material to ensure materials are ready for paint
• Inspect, prime and paint based on the materials A, B, C level of visual priority
• Confirm completion and amount of labor time in SAP
• Work with production and parts expediter to make sure any last minute needs are met
• Work with management and quality to resolve any quality issues that arise during production
• Review weekly schedule to identify any possible delays
• Maintain standards of safe work practices and follow safety guidelines
• Work with maintenance to keep a rotation of replaceable parts on hand
• Maintain good housekeeping practices in accordance with safety rules for storage and handling paint of materials
