Job Description
Industrial Embroidery Machine Operator
Shift: 2nd, (2:30pm-12am)
Pay: $18-$20/hr. +$2/hr. shift premium (Based on experience)
We’re looking for a skilled Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team during our busy production season. In this role, you’ll operate high-end, industrial embroidery machines to create high-quality embroidered garments.
Job Description:
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot industrial embroidery machines
- Load digitized designs and manage thread/needle changes
- Hoop garments and apply proper backing
- Inspect finished goods for quality and conformance
- Perform daily machine maintenance (oiling, lint control)
- Collaborate with teammates on production issues
Qualifications:
- Prior industrial embroidery machine operation experience is required
- Ability to identify and work with various machine models (please include model(s) used on resume)
- Fast-paced production experience preferred
- Basic computer/data entry skills
- Excellent attention to detail and teamwork skills
- Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome
