Job Description
Harness Assembly Level 2
Shift: 1st, (6am-3pm)
Pay: $18-$20/hr (Based on experience)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Harness Assembly Level 2 team member to support production operations. This position plays a critical role in assembling, testing, and packaging electronic harness assemblies while meeting quality, safety, and production standards. The ideal candidate has strong print-reading skills, hands-on assembly experience, and a willingness to learn and grow within a manufacturing environment.
Job Description:
- Perform harness and electronic assembly work including board work, cutting, stripping, splicing, and crimping
- Use hand tools, press crimping tools, and power tools to assemble components according to specifications
- Read, understand, and interpret blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and verbal directions
- Demonstrate strong print reading and comprehension skills (required)
- Perform basic crimping for 28–2 gauge wire and larger
- Prepare products for shipment through kitting and bagging processes
- Inspect and test parts and finished products during and after assembly to ensure quality standards are met
- Participate in IPC training modules as required
- Cross-train in other department areas as needed to support production demands
