Location: New Berlin, WI
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable General Laborer / Machine Helper to assist with the operation of ink-jet printing equipment. This is a hands-on position that is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a production environment and is comfortable learning machinery and processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and operation of ink-jet printing equipment.
- Load, unload, and handle materials used during production.
- Support the machine operator with day-to-day production activities.
- Monitor materials and finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Follow production instructions and established safety procedures.
- Use basic computer functions as needed to support equipment operation.
- Lift and move materials weighing approximately 50–75 pounds.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform other general production and machine-assisting duties as assigned.
- Work mandatory overtime when required.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or general labor experience is helpful but not required.
- Basic computer skills are required.
- Ability to safely lift and handle 50–75 pounds.
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to work mandatory overtime.

Dress Code / PPE
