Freight Utility
Shift: 1st, (8:15am-5pm)
Pay: $18-$20/hr (Based on Experience)
We are currently seeking a Freight Utility Associate to join our logistics team. This role is essential in supporting the day-to-day operations of our shipping and logistics department. If you're detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a knack for organization and communication, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Process production orders for truck shipments to meet shipping deadlines.
- Manage LTL, truckload, and expedited shipments using Acumatica and TMS.
- Provide accurate freight quotes and assist sales teams and customers.
- Calculate and apply freight charges and carrier costs.
- Assist with freight bill audits and claims processing.
- Enter international orders and support parcel quoting.
- Provide backup to LTL Office and OS&D Freight roles.
- Assist Flagpole Sales by processing bid invites (Construct Connect platform).
- Participate in small logistics projects as assigned.
