Finishing Operator

Shift: 1st, Monday-Thursday (6am-3:30pm) Friday (6am-10am)

Pay: $17-$18/hr

Job Description:
  • Operate equipment, run work orders, and ensure proper set-up and clean up
  • Establish priorities for their team to minimize machine set up and down time
  • Coordinate maintenance of machines, tools, and equipment to provide uninterrupted service to our customers 
  • 4+ years' experience in various hands-on converting practices; Set up and training on various type of slitting machines preferred
  • Ability to read engineered drawing & analyze and interpret technical procedures 
  • Be able to problem solve and troubleshoot in a timely manner, as well as be adaptable to changes if needed
  • Frequently lift/move 25lbs. and occasionally lift/move up to 50lbs
