Electrical Assembler Level 2
Shift: 1st, (1:00 PM – 9:00 PM)

Pay: $16 – $18 per hour (Based on Experience)
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Assembler Level 2 to join our team on the 2nd shift. This position is ideal for candidates with electronic assembly experience, who are skilled in reading blueprints, using hand tools, and soldering. A core understanding of electrical components is preferred. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and testing electrical products while adhering to established quality and safety standards.

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Assembler Level 2 to join our team on the 2nd shift. This position is ideal for candidates with electronic assembly experience, who are skilled in reading blueprints, using hand tools, and soldering. A core understanding of electrical components is preferred. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and testing electrical products while adhering to established quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read, understand, and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and other instructions (written and verbal) to assemble products or components.
- Utilize hand and power tools, such as cutting, stripping, crimping tools, and soldering equipment, to complete assembly.
- Perform basic crimping for 28-2-gauge wire and larger.
- Prepare products for shipment by kitting and bagging items as needed.
- Inspect and test parts and products to ensure they meet quality standards during and after assembly.
- Participate in IPC Training Modules to improve skills and compliance with industry standards.
- Cross-train to other areas of the department as required.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, adhering to safety regulations.
- Package products and spot-check the work of others as necessary.
