Franklin, Wi
1st shift, Monday & Wednesday (8am-4:30pm). Tuesday, Thursday & Friday (9am-5:30pm)
Job Description:
Responsibilities include: • Answering inbound customer calls, emails, and live chats • Monitoring, responding to, and entering orders from the company email inbox • Processing orders accurately and efficiently • Assisting customers with product questions and account support • Recommending appropriate products based on customer needs • Routing requests to the appropriate internal departments • Navigating multiple systems and documenting customer accounts thoroughly and accurately • Supporting retention and long-term customer satisfaction through proactive service Qualifications: • Strong communication and customer service skills • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment • Basic to intermediate computer proficiency • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Reliable attendance and punctuality • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset |
