Customer Service Associate/Warehouse
1st shift
$21-$25/hr
Overview:
Our corporate office in Eagan is looking to hire a Warehouse Material Handler/Customer
Service Associate to perform a hybrid role to assist in coverage for multiple departments. To be
successful in this position you must be able to multi-task, provide a high quality of customer service and
have experience of operating in a warehouse environment.
Job Responsibilities
1) Customer Service-Inside Sales
• Manage incoming customer calls and emails to process orders
• Prompt and professional follow up with customers on questions or future orders
• Assist will-call customers via retail counter sales
• Initiate outgoing sales calls to customers for follow up or new sales engagement
2) Warehouse Material Handler
• Forklift certified and ability to operate forklift to ship and receive equipment
• Ability to correctly process customer orders or inventory transfers between branches
• Unload, move and store materials in assigned locations
• Prepare freight BOL paperwork and work with freight companies
• Process small package parts shipments via UPS, Fed Ex
3) Warranty
• Assist customers with processing warranty paperwork promptly
• Aid customer service team with follow up on warranty paperwork
• Apply credits where applicable
Experience Required
• Previous Customer Service experience
• Safely operate in a warehouse environment
