Job Description

CNC Set Up Techician

Shift: All Shifts

Pay: $20-$32/hr (Based on Experience)

We are seeking a skilled CNC Set-Up Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the set-up and operation of a twin spindle, twin turret Doosan CNC lathe, ensuring quality machining of parts according to blueprints. You’ll also be expected to maintain a clean work environment and promptly report any necessary machine repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate Doosan CNC lathes (twin spindle/twin turret)
  • Produce precision parts in accordance with blueprints
  • Inspect parts using micrometers and other precision measuring tools
  • Maintain a clean and organized machine and workspace
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow
  • Identify and report mechanical or operational issues
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in CNC machine set-up
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Proficient in using micrometers and measuring equipment
  • Able to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow
