CNC Machinist II – Lathes (Direct Hire)
Pay Rate: $20–$25 per hour

Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:15 PM – 10:45 PM
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist II with lathe experience to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating CNC lathe equipment, interpreting blueprints and routings, performing inspections, and ensuring high-quality production standards are met. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, experience with manufacturing documentation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Read and interpret routings, blueprints, and manufacturing specifications according to company manufacturing practices
- Perform first article inspections and document specifications and standards accurately
- Maintain inspection and production documentation in accordance with company procedures
- Update routings and CNC programs when manufacturing process changes occur
- Deburr and package finished products according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Follow all procedures related to non-conforming materials and quality control processes
- Ensure product quality, production timeliness, and quantity goals are consistently achieved
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Accurately enter production and manufacturing data into computer systems
- Assist with training and supporting machine operators as needed
- Support production workflow and assist operators based on workload demands
- Perform additional duties and special projects assigned by Supervisors or Leads
Qualifications
- CNC lathe operation experience required
- Ability to read blueprints, routings, and manufacturing documentation
- Experience with quality inspections and measuring equipment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Manufacturing and production experience preferred
