CNC Machinist – 1st Shift
Cudahy, WI
Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
$25–$28/hour (based on experience)

We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our growing team in Cudahy. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in metal fabrication and CNC machine operation, with a keen eye for precision and quality. This is a full-time, first-shift position offering consistent hours, a clean and safe work environment, and the opportunity to grow within a well-established company.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce metal components to exact specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders to determine machining requirements.
- Install and adjust tooling, fixtures, and machine settings for efficient production.
- Monitor machining processes and inspect finished parts using precision measurement tools.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes and reduce downtime.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a CNC Machinist in a metal manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of CNC operations and machining principles.
- Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Skilled in setting up and maintaining CNC tooling and fixtures.
- Proficient in using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Excellent attention to detail, quality-focused, and able to work independently or in a team setting.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and improve processes.
