CNC Machine Operator – 1st Shift
Cudahy, WI
Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
$18/hour to low $20s, based on experience

We are seeking dependable CNC Machine Operators to join our team on 1st shift. This is a great opportunity for candidates with basic CNC experience who are looking to grow in a supportive manufacturing environment. Operators will be responsible for running CNC machines, performing basic quality checks, and supporting production goals.
This is a hands-on, entry- to mid-level role that does not require full programming or advanced setup experience. Perfect for someone with a mechanical mindset, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc.) to produce parts to specification.
- Monitor machine cycles and make minor adjustments as needed.
- Use micrometers, calipers, and other hand tools to perform in-process inspections.
- Read basic blueprints or work instructions to understand job requirements.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all company safety guidelines.
- Report any equipment or quality issues to supervisors promptly.
- Assist with basic machine setup or tooling changes as trained.
Qualifications
- Prior experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with inspection tools like micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
- Ability to read and follow basic technical drawings or blueprints.
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable working around machinery.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
