Brake Press Operator
Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2 PM | Monday–Friday
Pay: $26/hour (Based on Experience)

Location: Cudahy
We are seeking an experienced Brake Press Operator with hands-on expertise operating both manual press brakes and CNC press brakes. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality. Experience with additional fabrication processes is a plus.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Study sample parts, blueprints, drawings, and engineering information to determine methods and sequences of operations needed to fabricate products.
- Operate CNC and manual press brake machines to fabricate parts to specification.
- Verify operational efficiency of equipment before and during production.
- Dismantle machines or equipment using hand or power tools to examine parts for defects and replace defective components as needed.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure finished products meet specifications.
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety.
- Excellent coordination and mechanical aptitude.
- Basic computer skills.
- Experience operating overhead and jib cranes (required).
- Forklift experience (required).
