Blender - 1st shift

Blender
Shift: 1st, (5am-1pm)
Pay: $17.50-$18.50/hr (Based on experience)
A well-established food manufacturing company is seeking experienced Blenders for 1st shift. This role is responsible for operating blending equipment to mix food ingredients used in seasonings, flavor systems, drink mixes, and other packaged food products.
Job Description:
- Operate and tend blending machinery
- Accurately measure and verify ingredient weights
- Observe mixing processes to ensure thorough blending
- Stack bags (up to 50 lbs each) up to 5 feet high
- Roll drums (up to 250 lbs occasionally)
- Perform repetitive lifting:
- Up to 50 lbs independently
- Up to 100 lbs team lift
- Maintain accurate documentation and barcoding (preferred)
- Follow GMP, safety, and allergen protocols
- Work in dusty environments with strong spice odors
