Bilingual Lead (Spanish/English)

Shift: 1st, (6am-4:30pm) Monday Thru Friday

Pay: $20/hr Based on Experience

Job Description:
  • Performs set up of any department equipment as needed.
  • Uses the work center dispatch lists and load planning tools to determine daily and weekly execution plans. Allocates direct labor resources to the appropriate work centers. Prepare job paperwork, product labels, packaging, and any other requirements to help ensure that efficient job processing occurs.
  • Arrange for additional workers if needed based on workload demand.
  • Performs job reporting of rates, quantities, and scrap. Performs material movement transactions to assist with physical inventory maintenance.
  • Responsible for giving appropriate training and instruction to department employees in the proper operation of equipment and proper assembly of all work order operations.
  • Involved in new product start up to verify accurate written documentation and specifications. Provide feedback for implementing corrective actions.
Must have at least 2yrs experience performing general electromechanical assembly operations and capable of manual assembly line set up and change over.

Previous experience as a lead a plus

Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
