Collection Specialist (Must be Bilingual)
Shift: 1st, (Hours may Vary)
Pay: $22-$24/hr (Based on Experience)
A Company is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish-English) Collections Specialist to join our team in a hybrid role. This position offers flexibility, excellent benefits, and strong earning potential through commissions and bonuses. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of collections experience, be fluent in Spanish and English, and thrive in a customer-focused environment.

- Handle inbound/outbound calls with customers 30–120+ days delinquent
- Set up payment arrangements and resolve account issues
- Use skip tracing techniques
- Maintain clear and accurate account notes
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and text
- Suggest loan modifications and work with the Collections Manager
- Consistently meet collection quality and productivity goals
