Batch Processing Set Up
Shift: 1st, (5am-1pm)
Pay: $16.50-$17.50/hr (Based on Experience)
Job Description:
• Performs setup duties by accurately reading batch tickets.
• Operates forklift when required to move materials.
• Maintains raw material warehouse department to accomplish all sanitation/housekeeping objectives.
• Prepares setup by reading batch tickets including lot numbers, partial weights, whole units, separates, TOS items, substitutions and allergens.
• Prepares TOS setup.
• Identifies extraneous materials and follows the reporting procedure.
• Sanitizes utensils through the three step wash.
• Verifies setups for other teams.
• Completes partial unit process.
• Operates scanner gun for partial process.
