Job Description
Baker Operator
Shift: 3rd, (9:45pm-10:15am)
Pay: $17/hr + $1/hr shift premium
Are you looking to join a reliable and growing food production team? We’re seeking a Baker Operator to support overnight production of high-quality baked goods on our continuous mixing and pita lines.
Job Description:
- Set up and operate automated mixing and pita production lines per customer and internal specifications
- Perform routine equipment inspections and basic troubleshooting
- Monitor product quality through regular testing and adjustments to maintain standards
- Record production and quality control data accurately and on schedule
- Handle product changeovers, including equipment prep and cleaning
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards, including sanitation of equipment and workspace
- Follow traceability procedures and accurately record lot numbers
- Work closely with supervisors to maintain efficiency and productivity
Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Comfortable working in warm environments
- Ability to read, write, and understand basic English instructions
- Must be able to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, percentages, etc.)
- Willingness to follow strict food and personnel safety protocols
