Job Description
Automatic Inspector:
2nd Shift 2:30pm-11pm (Mon-Fri)
$21/hrs Plus $.50 shift premium
DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform First Article Inspection
• Operate the quality inspector and X-Ray Machines
• Conducts quality control inspections on products such as electronic assemblies
• Completes necessary quality control documentation
• Minimal solder touch-up of assemblies
• Provides feedback to team
• Assists in training of new inspectors as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 2 years electronic assembly and rework experience. Previous Inspection experience an asset
• Knowledge of IPC A 600 - Acceptability of Printed Circuit Boards and IPC 610
• Strong understanding and application of workmanship standards
• Thorough understanding and application of quality standards and control procedures
• Detail oriented, quality conscious, well organized, analytical and reliable
• Ability to understand and communicate in written and oral English is essential
• Enthusiasm and ability to work well independently
• High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred
• Previous experience using AOI and X-Ray equipment is preferred
