Auto Thread Rolling Set Up and Operator

Shift: 1st, (7am-3pm)

Pay: $23-$25/hr (Based on experience)

We are seeking a skilled Auto Thread Rolling Set-Up and Operator to join our 1st shift production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating and setting up Waterbury Farrel thread rollers and a strong mechanical aptitude. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision machining and enjoys working in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Job Description:
  • Set up and operate Waterbury Farrel thread rolling machines according to specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and job orders to determine part dimensions, tolerances, and required operations.
  • Start machines, observe operations, and inspect first-run samples to ensure conformance to specifications.
  • Operate machines to produce quality metal parts in accordance with print specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and adjust machines during production to maintain consistent quality.
  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance on machines.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and ISO guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in thread rolling or screw machine operations preferred.
