Assembly Lead

Shift: 2nd, (1pm-9pm)

Pay: $20-$23/hr (Based on experience)

Job Description:

  • Read, learn, understand, and interpret blueprints and work instructions, as well as other instructions written or verbal, to complete assembly of products or components according to established guidelines and quality standards.
  • Troubleshooting of component and tooling issues with aid from supervisors and engineering team.
  • Read, understand, and interpret more complex measurements.
  • Advanced soldering and crimping skills.
  • Ability to identify and pick out various sizes of wire, cable, labels and sleeving for production.
  • Knowledge of crimping machines and changing of dies in bench top crimper.
  • Knowledge of kitting-bagging to prepare products for shipment.
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools following appropriate methods and procedures to complete assembly of components or products.
