Job Description
Finisher / Builder (Finish Carpenter) – 1st Shift
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $18–$20/hour (Based on Experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and reliable Finishers/Builders with finish carpentry experience to support the assembly of enclosures. This role involves installing components such as louvers, doors, and silencers while ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Install louvers, doors, silencers, and other components onto enclosure units.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate assembly and installation.
- Use hand and power tools to complete finish carpentry and assembly tasks.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and project specifications.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Requirements
- Reliable attendance and punctuality; consistent commitment to scheduled shifts.
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and tools.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Experience with hand and power tools used in carpentry or construction preferred.
