Assembler I
Shift: 1st, (7am-3:30pm)
Pay: $18-$19 (Based on Experience)
Our client is seeking a dependable and safety-minded Assembler I to join our team on 1st shift. This role is responsible for assembling parts and components according to specifications, using hand tools and equipment under direct supervision. It's a great opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in manufacturing and learn from the ground up.
Job Description:
- Assemble components per customer specifications and quality standards
- Secure and organize required parts and materials for assembly tasks
- Operate hand tools and nail guns safely and efficiently
- Stack, label, and package finished products as needed
- Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report any concerns
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area
- Ensure all products meet quality compliance standards
- Follow all safety rules, procedures, and work instructions
- Complete production documentation as required
- Participate in safety and continuous improvement (CI) programs
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervision
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
- 6+ months of assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
