Assembler 1
Hours: 1st shift, 6:30am-3pm Monday through Friday
Pay: $18/hour
Job Description:
This is a production role focused on the assembly of electronic printed circuit boards (PCBs). Attention to detail, quality, and a positive attitude are key.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform manual assembly of PCB-related products
• Use hand tools and equipment to assemble components according to work instructions
• Accurately record production data in Factory Logix
• Inspect own work to ensure quality standards are met
• Participate in Lean/Continuous Improvement activities
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to adapt to fast-paced environments
• Basic computer and data entry skills required
• Able to read and understand English-language work instructions and technical documents
• Basic math skills
• Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
• Strong attendance and reliability are critical for this role
