Account Coordinator
Shift: 1st, (hours may vary)
Pay: $17-$18.50/hr. (Based on experience)
A leading furniture and appliance retailer is seeking a Front Counter Account Coordinator to join their customer service team. This full-time role provides in-person assistance to customers at multiple store locations and is ideal for candidates with strong multitasking, communication, and service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with payments, finance applications, and merchandise pickups
- Answer general inquiries and provide outstanding in-person support
- Prepare and deposit checks; manage daily bank deposits
- Maintain sales kiosks, scan documents, and track supply inventory
- Rotate shifts across four store locations: West Allis, Oak Creek, Grafton, and Delafield
- Collaborate with sales professionals, managers, and fellow Account Coordinators
