Account Coordinator

Shift: 1st

Pay: $17-$18.50/hr (Based on Experience)

We are looking for an Account Coordinator / Front Counter team member to join our customer service-driven environment. This is an in-person role where you will assist customers with payments, finance applications, merchandise pick-ups, and general inquiries. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Description:
  • Assist customers in-person with payments, finance applications, merchandise pick-ups, and general inquiries.
  • Deposit checks and prepare bank deposits.
  • Scan and maintain supplies at sales kiosks.
  • Provide high-level customer service, responding to customer requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a focus on detail and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to ensure smooth store operations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front counter area.
