Bilingual Production Shift Lead
2nd shift, Monday-Thursday 3pm-1:30am
Pay: $21.71 initially
Job Description:
- The person needs to have some training as a lead and knowledge of machine operation
- Bilingual
- Assist the lead and oversee the 2nd shift team of employees
- Learns and complies with CORE requirements
- Learns and complies with area HOUSEKEEPING requirements
- Executes QUALITY Plan
- EQUIPMENT OPERATION and ADJUSTMENT: Demonstrated proficiency for 1 line
- Start up and shutdown of all fillers
- Fault recognition and jam clearance
- Line 1 coder basic operation
- Product changeover - Flavor change, product-to-product, product to water, water -to-product
- DOCUMENTATION: Tracks efficiency and downtime, quality checks (temperature, cap application, fill, color)
