Overview of duties and requirements:
- Must be able to operate a computer. Training will be given on Oracle and Connect ship programs that they use on the PC.
- Must be able to work in one place. Employees will have to leave station from time to time, but will be there for 80-90% of the shift.
- Must have ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- This position requires great attention to detail as we continually strive to reach 100% quality.
- Shippers do 100% inspection of each order and then pack product into boxes.
- Must have the ability to stand in one spot for majority of the day.
- Pack & Process shoe orders for shipping
- This is a stationary job working at a packing table and conveyer
- Must pay attention to details working from a packing tickets
- Inspection of the correct items to be shipped is critical, this individual is the last person to see what items need to be sent to the customer
- Ability to operate shipping system for UPS and Fed-Ex
- Re-stock of shipping station with daily supplies
- Standing for 8+ hour shift
- Pack at a production rate of a minimum of 240 pair per shift
Mandatory OT possible on Saturdays.

Job Description
We are looking to add 2 Shippers to our client team located in Mequon, WI. Previous experience is required. Join us today for a fast paced and team oriented role. Our Shippers do 100% inspection of each order and then pack product into boxes.
2nd shift available
$14.25/hr +.50 cent for 2nd shift
