Job Description
1st Shift: 8am-5pm Monday through Friday, possibility to become remote
Pay: $18-23/hour
General Function
Assist the Media team with administrative support for all areas of media planning, buying and maintenance.
Essential Responsibilities
- Media Maintenance and Administrative Support
- Data entry into media buying software from media vendors including but not limited to;
- rates, avails, ratings
- Use vendor portal to generate print ads and enter new users
- Track and record print redemptions for all markets
- Create and update excel-based media flowcharts
- Accurate and timely coordination of broadcast spot traffic
- Receive and audit vendor invoices
- Data entry for quarterly post-buy analysis
- Select target businesses for geo-fencing advertising
- Enter markets for streaming TV and request landing pages where necessary
Qualifications
- Background or experience in Marketing, Advertising or related field desired
- Working understanding of Google Sheets and Docs and Microsoft Office; prior experience using Excel and Google Sheets is a must
- Ability to perform simple math calculations such as addition, multiplication, percentages
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to independently handle multiple projects/tasks as well as the ability to work under the direction where specific duties and outcomes are established
- Able to meet deadlines with multiple tasks and projects in a fast paced, changing environment
- Well organized with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
