Job Description

1st Shift: 8am-5pm Monday through Friday, possibility to become remote
Pay: $18-23/hour

General Function
Assist the Media team with administrative support for all areas of media planning, buying and maintenance.
 
Essential Responsibilities
  • Media Maintenance and Administrative Support
  • Data entry into media buying software from media vendors including but not limited to;
  • rates, avails, ratings
  • Use vendor portal to generate print ads and enter new users
  • Track and record print redemptions for all markets
  • Create and update excel-based media flowcharts
  • Accurate and timely coordination of broadcast spot traffic
  • Receive and audit vendor invoices
  • Data entry for quarterly post-buy analysis
  • Select target businesses for geo-fencing advertising
  • Enter markets for streaming TV and request landing pages where necessary


Qualifications
  • Background or experience in Marketing, Advertising or related field desired
  • Working understanding of Google Sheets and Docs and Microsoft Office; prior experience using Excel and Google Sheets is a must
  • Ability to perform simple math calculations such as addition, multiplication, percentages
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to independently handle multiple projects/tasks as well as the ability to work under the direction where specific duties and outcomes are established
  • Able to meet deadlines with multiple tasks and projects in a fast paced, changing environment
  • Well organized with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
