Job Description
Fitter/Welder
Shift: 1st, (6am-2pm)
Pay: $22-30/hr + BOE
As part of our steel fabrication team, you will be responsible for producing a wide array of weldments to exact specifications, ensuring they fit correctly, and performing component assembly tasks.
- Position and secure work pieces using hoists, cranes, wire and banding machines or hand tools
- Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead position
- Hand-welding or flame-cutting equipment to weld or join metal components
- Ability to complete open table set ups
- Able to work with gage steel through to thick plate.
- Assist with welding of weldments.
- Forklift operation
