Location: Franklin, WI
Shift: 1st Shift – Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM

Pay: $17.50 + based on experience

We are currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals for a Machine Operator / Small Product Inspector role with a leading medical device manufacturer in the Franklin, WI. An excellent opportunity to gain experience in a clean, regulated production environment.
We are currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals for a Machine Operator / Small Product Inspector role with a leading medical device manufacturer in the Franklin, WI. An excellent opportunity to gain experience in a clean, regulated production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate manufacturing equipment according to established procedures
- Inspect small products for quality, defects, and compliance with specifications
- Follow detailed work instructions and safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Accurately document production and inspection results
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small parts
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Previous manufacturing or inspection experience is a plus, but not required
